Pool Repair & Maintenance FAQ — Tempe, AZ

Everything you need to know about our pool repair and maintenance services.

Pool equipment setup in Arizona
How often should my pool be serviced?
In the Tempe heat, we recommend weekly maintenance. During peak summer (May–September), weekly service is essential to prevent algae growth and equipment damage. We also offer bi-weekly plans for pools with covers or lower usage.
What does a maintenance visit include?
Each visit includes a 25-point inspection: surface skimming, wall and floor brushing, basket and filter cleaning, chemical testing (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, CYA), chemical balancing, equipment inspection, and a digital service report.
Do you offer one-time services?
Yes! While weekly plans provide the best value, we also offer one-time acid washes, tile cleaning, equipment repairs, and pool openings/closings.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the entire East Valley: Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Ahwatukee.
Are your technicians certified?
Every technician holds a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification and undergoes continuous training. We are fully ROC licensed and carry comprehensive liability insurance.
How quickly can you respond to emergencies?
We offer same-day emergency service 7 days a week. Call (877) 525-2397 directly and we typically arrive within 2–4 hours.
What brands do you service?
We service Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Zodiac, Polaris, Sta-Rite, and Raypak — pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automation controllers.
How much does pool maintenance cost?
Weekly plans start at $150/month for standard residential pools. Pricing varies by pool size and features. We offer free on-site consultations with transparent, no-hidden-fee quotes.
